What We Collect

Tgthr collects the minimum information needed to provide team calendar booking:

• Google account info -- your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google Workspace account, used to identify you within your team.
• Calendar free/busy data -- we read only whether you are free or busy during time slots. We do not read event titles, descriptions, attendees, or any other event details.
• OAuth tokens -- encrypted and stored only to maintain access to free/busy data for accounts you explicitly link.

What We Don't Collect

• We never read the content of your calendar events
• We never access your email, contacts, or files
• We never share your data with third parties
• We never use your data for advertising

Linked Personal Accounts

You may optionally link personal Google accounts to include their availability in scheduling. For these accounts, we request only the calendar.freebusy scope (read-only free/busy status). You can unlink any account at any time from your Settings page, which revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. We do not cache or persist calendar event data -- free/busy information is queried in real time from Google's API.

Data Deletion

You can remove your linked accounts at any time. If you leave your workspace or request account deletion, all associated data (profile, tokens, preferences) is permanently deleted.
